Dear Friend,

Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM) is a time to recognize, advocate for, and honor children that have been affected by cancer and the families that care for them. Brain tumors are the leading cause of cancer-related death and the most commonly diagnosed solid cancer in children and adolescents age 19 and younger. The brain tumor community has an enormous stake and voice in Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

This September, the National Brain Tumor Society will highlight the devastating realities of a brain tumor diagnosis for children and families by sharing important progress being made in the field, raising funds to support ongoing and future research efforts, and providing opportunities for our community to help create change to last a lifetime.

CREATE CHANGE

Together, we can create change that will last a lifetime. Take action for pediatric patients with a brain tumor this month.

RAISE AWARENESS

Share your story to show others that they are not alone and to create change for our most vulnerable patients.

MAKE A GIFT

Your support is critical to ensuring the urgent, unmet needs of the pediatric brain tumor community continue to be heard and addressed.

National Brain Tumor Society unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites our community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and care partners. Our vision is to conquer and cure brain tumors – once and for all.
