Parking
Parking is onsite and plentiful. When you arrive at 200 West Street, volunteers will be available to direct vehicles.
Fundraising Incentive
This year, in special recognition of our most successful fundraisers, all individuals who raise $2,500 by ride day will receive an official National Brain Tumor Ride cycling jersey.
Urban Adventours
Urban AdvenTours (UA) is excited to partner with the Boston Brain Tumor Ride
(BBTR) as rental sponsor for their 2013 ride. Discounts to UA products and
services will be made available to BBTR participants by calling 617.670.0637
for reservations. BBTR participants should direct all UA related inquiries to
info@urbanadventours.com.
- UA will provide a discount of 10%
on hybrid and road bike rentals
- UA will provide free delivery for
the first 25 rentals
- UA offers free Thursday afternoon training sessions
beginning in late April
Ride Day Program
Registration and check-in open at: 7:00 AM
Registration fees include an event T-shirt (for pre-registered participants ONLY), food, beverages, and full access to activities. This year we are excited to offer a BBQ lunch from Blue Ribbon BBQ, including pulled pork, pulled chicken, cole slaw, macaroni & cheese and cornbread. Event T-shirts may be collected after you check-in on walk day. This year, event T-shirts are only guaranteed for those who pre-register. To guarantee yourself a T-shirt, register today!
Adult participants are required to raise $500 by July 31, 2013 at 12pm (noon). Youth participants must raise $100. Registration fees are included in fundraising totals. If a rider has not raised the minimum amount by the day of the Ride, we will require credit card information as a guarantee.
Top team and top individual fundraisers will be honored during the closing ceremony.
Rain or shine the event will go on!
Regardless of weather, layered clothing, wind breakers, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended. All participants are required to wear helmets. Learn more about helmet safety.
