Parking and Meeting Areas for Top Fundraising Teams
We are excited to be able to offer a special benefit to the top 10 fundraising teams. Each of the 10 teams who have raised the most money by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, will have access to one parking spot near the drop-off area on the event side of South Justison Street (one parking spot per team). We will leave it up to each team to decide which member of the team will be given this spot.
This parking spot is conveniently located next to a designated meeting area for these top teams. Bring tables and chairs, pop-up tents (as long as they are 10X10 or smaller) and decorate the area so your team members can relax and enjoy each others company before and after the Walk.
Other Parking/ Set up and Drop-Off: Teams that do not fall within the top 10 teams will still be able to set up a pop-up tent in the team gathering area. You will have to utilize the drop-off area (see information below) for your materials, tents, tables, T-shirts and then proceed to park in the parking lot on South Justison Street highlighted in the "Parking" section above.
Drop-Off Information
There will be a designated Drop-Off area near the entrance to the event site on South Justison Street. Look for the "Drop-Off" sign. Enter there and walk through the lot Registration tent to check in.
