Getting to the event

We have moved from Willamette Park to Oaks Park this year, providing us with a larger gathering space, more parking, and a wider walking path. View maps and directions

Parking

There is ample, free parking in the lot at Oaks Park.

Drop-Off Information

There will be a designated drop-off/loading area to the left as you enter the park through the main gate for those with mobility concerns. 

Walk Day Program

Registration and check-in open at 8:30 AM.

Registration fees include an event T-shirt (for pre-registered participants ONLY), food, beverages, and full access to activities. Event T-shirts may be collected after you check-in on walk day. Event T-shirts are only guaranteed for those who pre-register. To guarantee yourself a T-shirt, register today!

Event program starts at 9:30 AM, followed by the walk at approximately 10:00 AM.

The optional 5K walk will start and finish at the south end of Oaks Park. This is not a race and participants are not required to walk the full course. Those who wish to remain in the picnic area during the walk are welcome to do so.

Top team and top individual fundraisers will be honored during the closing ceremony.

Rain or shine the event will go on!

In the event of rain, we will build extra tents to help keep everyone dry.

Regardless of weather, layered clothing, wind breakers, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended.

Oaks Park Ride Bracelets

Oaks Park deluxe ride bracelets will be for sale at $12 each (regularly $15.25). This includes allmidway rides, one round of golf, one go kart race, and a skate session. Must be used on the dayof event. All profits will be donated to NBTS. Cash, credit and checks accepted.

Raffle and Auction

Once again, we will be holding our popular auction and raffle. All proceeds go to NBTS. Cash, credit cards and checks will be accepted. Check back for a list of available items.
