My husband Ken had a seizure April 5, 2006 and after many tests and a surgery it was found that he had primary brain cancer called glioblastoma multiform. Ken battled this ugly disease for three years undergoing a total of three brain surgeries and many other hospitalizations. In the end he was winning his fight against the cancer, only to lose it to a doctor ordering a test call a TEE. They tore a hole in his esophagus and he had emergency surgery. Ken came home on Saturday May 9, 2009 with hospice after having the ventilator turned off. Ken passed away on Mother's Day May 10, 2009. I'm doing this memory walk for him to show that with everyone fighting for a cure that some day a cure will be found and no one will suffer this terrible disease.
Please join me in a memory walk for Ken May 8, 2010 at Maumee Bay state Park! 11:00am Lot 2
Thank You!
