Welcome to My Personal Page
This is the 25th year of the Bay Area Brain Tumor walk and the 15th year we are walking. The location...date...time and place has changed over the years but the heart and soul of the walk and mission remains constant.
Every year is tough without my brother but this mission was especially close to him and to all of us. Venu never stopped fighting. I know I could not have done as much as he did, his stubborness to never give up served him well. He strongly believed that research was the key to finding a cure. But, research needs money to progress. He was lucky enough to be part of clinicial trials that I know benefited many. Unfortuntely we have known too many people who have been diagnosed with brain tumors...some who have left the battle to other to continue and some who continue ot fight for those ahead of them Those they hope won't suffer as they are. If you are able to please donate if not please educate yourself. Brain Tumors are the leading cause of death in children and adolescents.
We would love for you to join our team on June 23rd 2019. The walk is held in the at crissy field along the water with the Golden Gate bridge looking on. It's always a beautiful day filled with the strength of people coming together with a common goal in mind. We would love for you to join our team physically or as a virtual walker. Please join us and add to the strength of our team....Bamboo Strong!!
