Walking for Chris
The Brain Tumor Walk is a fun and inspirational day where the brain tumor community unites to inspire hope and take action in the fight against brain tumors. Progress in this fight starts one team, one walker, and one dollar at a time. Like the National Brain Tumor Society, we are fiercely committed to finding a cure. Join us and together we will make a difference.
We created our team "Walking for Chris" to honor a wonderful husband and father! We hope that our donations will help the NBTS find a cure for all types of brain tumors so that no one else will have to lose a loved one!
National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) is a putting the search for a cure into overdrive. Progress is being made, but there is SO much more we can do!
It has been almost 5 years Chris died from a GMB! We miss and think of him everyday! This will be our fifth walk we are participating in the Bay Area Brain Tumor Walk. The walk is such an uplifting way to honor Chris' memory and to do something that will hopefully lead to a cure for GBMs and other brain tumors. AND here is where we need your help...would you consider joining our team? Would consider giving a donation?
Please help us support the efforts being made by the National Brain Tumor Society to help put research into action and to find a cure. Please help us make our goal and suport this worthy cause. No donation is too small! You can also become a virtual team member and help us raise even more funds.
Thank you for your support!
We are "Walking for Chris!"
