Friends of Ridge, Making a Difference!

Thank you Friends of Ridge for Making a Difference today!

We lost our beloved Ridge to Glioblastoma Multiforme on Wednesday November 2, 2011. He and I believed that he was able to live abundantly 3 years after diagnosis, because of the medicines that research had provided. Over the years I've now lost 12 friends to brain cancer, several to GBM.  Glioblastoma Multiforme is notoriously the most complex and most difficult cancer to treat! Senator Ted Kennedy died of it, Beau Biden died of it and now Senator McCain is afflicted with it.  Each day 575 new people are diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor, 7% of those are children.

Over the past 5 years the Friends of Ridge have raised $69,382. for the National Brain Tumor Society which is dedicated to find a cure. While significant advances are being made, as yet the cure to brain cancer has NOT been created! Please give the gift of hope for a cure, with your generous gift today.  Friends of Ridge still Making a Difference  in 2018!

Mrs. Ridge Eagan

Join us and together we will make a difference.
