Bay Area Brain Tumor Walk

Bye Bye Bob

At 21 I was diagnosed with my first brain tumor, Bob (as I comically refer to it). A grade 3 anaplastic astrocytoma. At 22 I was declared cancer free. Now at 23 I'm battling my 2nd brain tumor, Bob 2.0.

If there is one thing I learned from the first Bob, these nasty suckers will try to suck the living life out of you. It was an excruciating fight, but he did not win. And now with Bob 2.0, I refuse to let him keep me from living my best life. I've done it once and I'll do it again. And in my lifetime I may have to do it several more times. But I'm committed to not letting the Bobs of the world win.

I can't do it alone though. With your help and tax deductible donation, you can give me and so many others a fighting chance. Your donation goes straight to fund the National Brain Tumor Sociey's research and commitment to find a cure. Together we can and will make bye bye Bob 2.0 a reality!

With love and thanks.
