Bay Area Brain Tumor Walk

The Kneafsey Family will NOT be walking at the 2018 Bay Area Brain Tumor Walk due to a conflict with this year's event date however, Kara put together an incredible event this May to benefit the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS). With the support of her friends, parents co-workers, Park School, Mill Valley Middle School and Tam High we successfully hosted 250+ guests at our Silent Disco and raised approx $20,000 in memory of Tess Kneafsey who died of a brain tumor in August of 2013.

Tess was only 6 years old. She was diagnosed in January of 2013 and it was a difficult and brave fight against this horrible disease. We were lucky enough to walk with Tess in the Bay Area Brain Tumor walk the first year and this was a day that she really enjoyed.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and NBTS through Team TessForce!

Progress in this fight starts with one team, one walker, and one dollar at a time. Like the National Brain Tumor Society, we are fiercely committed to finding a cure.

Thank you for your support!
