I am uniting with others to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors. I am passionate about this cause, so I’m taking action. I need your help in this fight. National Brain Tumor Society will not rest until a cure exists - but more needs to be done. Please join in my effort!
In November 2009, at age 50, my husband Paul was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Our daughters were 7 and 13 and we had years of adventures and life ahead together, or so we thought. The next 19 months were filled with doctor appointments, a surgery, hope and agony. It was a futile fight we just wouldn't give up... that's why I'm supporting National Brain Tumor Society and have been for 6 years, to continually raise funds for research. They won't give up- we won't give up- until there's a cure and no other family has to endure this. Please join us on Paul's birthday, Sun. May 13th for an easy-moderate walk around the Lafayette Resevoir at 10 am or on Sun. June 24th to walk in San Francisco. It's easy to register or donate through our team page here online. Thank you for your support! Wishing you and your family excellent health!
