We encourage you to participate with our Nursing Group in the Phoenix Walk to help find a cure for brain tumors. Many of us walk in memory of those we have lost, those we love who are impacted by brain tumors, for our current and future patients, and to honor those still fighting the battle and who will be diagnosed in the future. Thanks to our amazing nurses (and future nurses) who come together year after year, rain or shine, to champion awareness, advocacy, and fundraising.
Today, 700,000 men, women, and children in this country are living with a brain tumor. Brain tumors are often deadly, impact quality of life, and change everything for patients and their loved ones. For children, brain tumors are the leading cause of cancer-related death in those under age 19. Brain tumors cannot be prevented, and no cure exists.
We are asking that you help us make progress for this underserved and highly endangered community. Please help the National Brain Tumor Society, the largest nonprofit dedicated to the brain tumor community in the United States, drive bold science to uncover new and better treatments, and ultimately a cure for brain tumors.
We recognize that you have a choice when choosing a charitable organization to donate to, and we want you to know how grateful we are that you have chosen to donate to the NBTS.
We walk united for a cure, for hope, and in memory!
National Brain Tumor Society will not rest until a cure exists - but more needs to be done. Please join in our effort!
National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding a cure for brain tumors. They are aggressively driving strategic research and advocating for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community. Your support ensures this important work will continue.
