Join us! We are uniting with others to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors and brain cancers. We are passionate about this cause, so we are taking action. Angelo is currently fighting to delete a sizeable currently malignant Oligodendroglioma brain tumor. On June 22, 2016 after about two-and-a-half years since his initial diagnosis via scans and a craniotomy that found his tumor, Angelo was informed that said brain scan showed significant growth in his tumor and that radiation and chemotherapy treatment are being pursued. During the summer of 2016, Angelo underwent a month and a half of chemo and radiation treatments to his left parietal and frontal lobe to ease some swelling and the spreading of his tumor. These treatments do not come without strong side effects and risk. He is fighting for his quality of life and maintains a very positive attitude.

"I must believe there are better treatments or even a cure right around the corner. Much evidence points to this. We must push on. The daily seizures and other troubles are a constant burden, but I plan on remaining as much in control of my situation as possible until better science comes through. Progress has been huge in this field and many of us are benefitting thanks to the NBTS's commitment to research. We must never give up! Join me and let's go NOW!"

Please help to make a difference to all those who need your support in fighting their battles with brain tumors and brain cancers. Angelo personally needs your help in this fight but it goes beyond one person and he knows this.  The National Brain Tumor Society will not rest until a cure exists - but more needs to be done. Please join in our effort!
