Portland Brain Tumor Walk

GM2

My name is Shannon Blair, September 11th, 2015, I had a brain tumor removed from the base of the 4th ventricle. This was one of the scariest days of my life I was have brain surgery.
I was informed by my post operatively, My Neurosurgeon informed me that I had a cerebellar lesion with a "Rosette Forming" Glioma brain tumor.

There are only 40 + survivors that this brain tumor formation has effected, there is not much data in regards to treat this type of tumor post operatively and recovery is ongoing. So this is important to me to continue to support the research of brain tumors, every little bit helps.

I am uniting with others to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors. I am passionate about this cause, so I’m taking action. I need your help in this fight.  National Brain Tumor Society will not rest until a cure exists - but more needs to be done. Please join in my effort!
