It was 10 years ago this spring that I was diagnosed with Earl, my brian tumor. As you know, my medical outcome was truly extraordinary in that my team of doctors was able to remove my entire tumor with minimal residual effects.

My medical results were due to the extensive research in the field that allowed my doctors access to the most advance technology available. While I was incredibly lucky, there still remains a need for further research until a cure for all brain tumors is found.

On this the 10th anniversary of my brian tumor, please join me as I raise greatly needed funds for The National Brain Tumor Society and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure which are making strides for a cure - but more needs to be done.

Josh

PS: I blogged about the expierience, my intial "BrainBlog" entry can be found here: http://brainblog.livejournal.com/2004/04/18/
