Basehoar's Brainiacs & Maine-iacs!
As my dear friend Linda Scanlon wrote . . ."not a day goes by that Rich is not remembered. And not just a fleeting thought, but truly remembered . . . His warm welcomes upon our arrival at your home . . .His infectious laugh when sharing a story over a glass of wine . . . How his face lit up when complemented on a dish he had prepared . . . His bustling around the kitchen, wanting only to anticipate and meet his guests needs . . . His hugs, full body, embracing, that communicated, 'hurry back, I will miss you' . . . His kindness to teenagers, mine and so many others . . . His grace and compassion when handling a delicate situation . . . His humor, used to uplift, never to put down, unless it was to himself . . .
Dearest Rich made a difference in this world, a good difference. And at the end of our lives, what else really matters . . ."
Please join Basehoar's Brainiacs & Maine-iacs in honoring Rich’s memory on Sunday, May 4th at the Race For Hope in Washington, DC or by making a donation to Race For Hope – DC.
On behalf of our team, we thank you!
