Welcome to Ronan's Roadrunners! For the past 11 years we have proudly participated in the Race for Hope in honor of Jim Ronan, a 39-year-old father who lost his life to a brain tumor after a courageous 15-month fight. In 2004 Jim was our first team captain, walking the entire race with family and friends at his side. He was so touched by the outpouring of love and support at this event. Our team lives on in Jim's memory as we do exactly what he would want us to do....raise funds to find a cure and support others who live with this devastating illness.
Please join our team and spread the word to help us exceed our fundraising goal again this year. If you are unable to participate on race day, please consider supporting us with a donation. All proceeds go directly toward funding medical research to find a cure for brain cancer.
Your support makes a difference. Since 2004 Ronan's Roadrunners has raised over $165,000 towards brain tumor research. As a result of the fundraising efforts of both our 'Golf for Hope Tournament' and Ronan's Roadrunners, the National Brain Tumor Society has named 3 research grants in memory of Jim. This would not have been possible without the generosity of our friends.
The Ronan family is deeply grateful for your love and support over the past 11 years. We welcome your participation again this year.
See you at the race!
