Lady's Legacy

This is the SIXTH year Lady's Legacy will be participating in The Race for Hope and we are honored to be walking/running in memory of Donna Louise Drown, who died on September 4, 2011 following a brave battle with glioblastoma.

The name "Donna" means lady and believe us when we say it was a perfect fit for this woman who always demonstrated grace, compassion and an unwavering faith in God even while enduring the grueling treatments and cruel side effects that come with this aggressive form of brain cancer.

Although her ladylike attitude and fierce determination were not enough to overcome the disease, she would be so proud to know her loved ones are trying to help prevent others from suffering the same fate.

So let's carry on Lady's Legacy! Thanks for your support!

The Race for Hope - DC presented by Cassidy Turley raises funds to support innovative research initiatives and provide information for brain tumor patients and their families. This amazing event relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals, families, teams, volunteers, sponsors and donors. Thank you for your support in helping us find a cure for brain tumors!
