Trendy Tumor Trotters
It is hard to believe that this is our fifth Race for Hope. We were so fortunate to have such generous friends and family, we have able to raise over $14,000 to date to help find a cure, THANK YOU!
We are hoping for another great opportunity for our family and friends to join us for Trendy Tumor Trotters’ second annual Race for Hope in Washington DC, on May 1st.
Why I got involved in this amazing race…
I am a mother to Brooke, my beautiful and amazing daughter and a wife to Ron, a wonderful husband. I am a brain tumor survivor. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor the size of a tennis ball in September 2011 and as a result I had a 12 hour craniotomy for resection of the tumor in October 2011 that saved my life. It was a life threatening medical diagnosis but I am still here because of the magnificence of my health care team and the love, support, strength and faith of my family and friends.
I am asking you to help me in the fight against Brain Tumors. Together, we can make a difference!
I would like to invite you to join my team again this year, the Trendy Tumors Trotters at the Race for Hope If you are unable to join me at the event, please consider making a donation, every dollar helps.
In closing a few thoughts, believe in who you are and believe in what you do. Know that you do make a difference each and every day!!
Thank you for taking the time to consider helping me in the fight. Remember to take a few moments and enjoy the simple things in life.
PLEASE feel free to share this with your family and friends.
