Congratulations to Team DC who raised $5,390 online this week. This team is formed in honor of Drew Yanishak and Colin Messerle, and will receive $1,000 toward its fundraising goal, courtesy of Arnold & Porter LLP. This was the last week of our team contest. Thanks to all our teams who have worked so hard signing up team members and raising money.  Keep up the good work as we enter the homestretch!

Amount Raised: $1,586,490.25

The Race for Hope DC, a 5K course in the nation's capital, is a fun and inspiring way to join forces in the fight against brain tumors by raising funds for research. It is one of the largest fundraisers in the country benefiting the brain tumor community and the proceeds support National Brain Tumor Society and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure. Through generous gifts from individuals and company sponsorships, the Race for Hope - DC has raised nearly $20 million in its history. Join thousands of runners and walkers supporting the brain tumor community on May 4, 2014, to participate in the 17th Annual Race for Hope - DC at Freedom Plaza in Washington, DC.
