The origin of our team is the memory of Terry Stoltz (1939-2005), awesome dad, builder, and supporter of countless charities. Terry, an incredibly healthy and fit man, was taken too soon at the age of 65 by a brain tumor that has no known cure (glioblastoma multiforme). This year we will also be running in celebration of survivor Carol Lancaster, dean of the Georgetown School of Foreign Service. Brain cancer research is underfunded and we need help to change this. Let's give future families hope when they hear this frightening diagnosis. Thank you for helping us!
The Race for Hope - DC presented by Cassidy Turley raises funds to support innovative research initiatives and provide information for brain tumor patients and their families. This amazing event relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals, families, teams, volunteers, sponsors and donors. Thank you for your support in helping us find a cure for brain tumors!
