NBTS Announces 2009 Research Grants Awards for Breakthrough Science NBTS was pleased to announce the recipients of our Standard, Advanced, and Innovation grants at our recent 2009 Annual Meeting. Over $3.5 million dollars were awarded to exciting projects that promise to push brain tumor science into the clinic. Projects were vetted through NBTS's rigorous scientific review process scientific peer review in one of the most impressive and competitive RFA's in the organization's collective history.

NBTS at the 2009 Society of Neuro-Oncology Meeting NBTS just returned from the joint meeting of SNO and the AANS/CNS Section on Tumors. Our Patient Services team was there participating in a pre-meeting panel and also presenting information about the findings from our national survey about patients and caregivers needs during the poster session.
