We are excited to announce a hybrid ride and walk fundraising event this year consisting of on-site and virtual participation. Due to NY State guidelines for COVID, the on-site event will be open to the first 50 registrants for the 50-mile bike ride and 50 registrants for the 3-mile walk. All participants must register online. There will be no on-site registration.

Virtual participants can register and create their own 50-mile, 25-mile or 10-mile ride and 3-mile walk. Please try to complete on or before May 16. Post your photos and/or videos to instagram at @teambilly_org and the Team Billy Ride and Walk for Research Facebook page. Don’t forget to use #teambillyforresearch.

Team Billy contributes to the Billy Grey Research Chair and raises funds for brain tumor research. The grants are awarded annually through the National Brain Tumor Society. Team Billy has been successful in funding over $2,610,000 in grants.

National Brain Tumor Society discontinued all in-person, organization-led programming until further notice in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect the brain tumor community. NBTS supports volunteers in their efforts to gather safely in support of our mission if they choose to do so. By participating in an in-person, volunteer-led event, all attendees agree to follow strict CDC guidelines as well as local and national mandates on gathering at all times. Event attendees willingly expose themselves to potential health risks, and NBTS is not responsible for adverse consequences related to the pandemic or otherwise.
